Multi-functional Products, known as MFPs, are capable of printing, scanning, faxing, and copying. There are many benefits that MFPs offer, the first and foremost being that they are notably cheaper. Having a machine that is capable of performing the jobs of three separate machines is approximately 20-40% less expensive than owning individual machines for each function. MFPs also take up 40-50% less space than a full assortment of single function products. Finally, multi-functional products are very user-friendly, allowing owners to support, manage, and service fewer devices and reduce the likelihood of human error.
